Case study of a smart hotel model. An ID scanner at the reception reaches the reception panel over RS-485, and the panel talks to the main Raspberry PLC 19R over Ethernet. The main PLC sends the check-in data to a cloud server over mobile data and talks to the room PLCs over Wi-Fi. In each room, a panel talks to a Raspberry PLC 19R over Ethernet, and the PLC switches the air conditioning, the LED driver, the fridge and the two bath valves.
