I am trying to use Rx and Tx in the Mduino to connect to my HMI, but not responding at all, I can communicate with Arduino uno as testing but when I try with Mdunio its not working , I use pin 16 and 17 as mentioned in Mduino data sheet but no success yet, any one face same problem ? any idea please?

Please check the following link to our blog page and check the Red Dip Switches configuration to allow Serial TTL port communication (Serial 1 in MDuino family)
Also make sure that you have the external power supply connected to the PLC (12/24Vdc)
