The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Produce high-quality content by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Create an editorial calendar and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Regularly deliver engaging content.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
  • Optimize content considering SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics.
  • Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager.
  • Proficient in Google Drive solutions
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements.
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish. Other languages will be considered.
  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field related to content creation and/or marketing/sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the sales team
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards KPIs related to the lead generation and the pipeline stages
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new leads
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on SDR activities and results to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales and customer care field

As a growth company, and as part of the new RRHH department acting as employee champion and leader of change and people growth planner, You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. For the Internal (hired) people and also for external collaborators. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
  • Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 2-3+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred (we are a tech company)
