So I followed 3 step tutorial on "How to Upload a Sketch to a PLC using Ethernet"
It works great but after you upload your sketch the first time, that's it... You can't do it again.
How do I set it up so I can continually send sketch updates to the PLC as I improve or add new updates to my Sketch

After you have done the 3 steps it should work, you could send continually the sketch. I advice you to have a look to this Webinar where we show you how to do it because maybe you missed some step.
