Once again, Industrial Shields participates in the IOT Solutions World Congress to exhibit the latest news about its PLCs, Panel PCs, OpenMotes and IoT solutions. These products -based on open source technology- are focused on industry 4.0, robotics and automation. After a first day with a lot of visits, Industrial Shields goes into its second day at the congress pleased with the interest about its industrial controllers and open source solutions. The programmable logic controllers of Industrial Shields are based on Arduino, Raspberry Pi and open source hardware. PLC systems, PC panels and OpenMotes are exhibited at the company's stand through four demos which show the visitors several systems for industrial monitoring and control.
In the first arduino project, Industrial Shields is showing how to manage environmental parameters through the LoRaWAN communications protocol and Grafana platform. This solution also includes both acoustic and CO2 sensors.
In the second case, visitors can see an installation and a stepper motor controlled and monitored by a PLC Arduino and a 7” Touchscreen.
The third demo is an example of environmental parameterization with OpenMote and visualization of data acquisition through Grafana platform.
Finally, the company is presenting a system for public lighting management with the smart light controller arduino M-Duino 19R + industrial PLC with GPRS and specific software.
IoT Solutions World Congress (IoTSWC) is the main international congress dedicated to the industrial applications of the internet of things. Organized by Fira de Barcelona in collaboration with the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC), the IOTSWC19 is part of the Barcelona Industry Week. It is held from October 29 to 31 at the Gran Via exhibition grounds and brings together more than 350 companies with solutions for the digitalization of industries based on IoT, artificial intelligence and blockchain.
