I am looking to buy a PLC to automate an industrial process, but I need two types of communication RS232 and RS485, can I use the two buses at the same time?

Hi Andrés. Of course you can use RS485 and RS232 at the same time using the Ardbox Analog. It is only necessary to know that because of the PLC is using Arduino Leonardo the UART serial available on that Arduino board is Pin0 or Pin1, Working as a Hardware Serial. So if you need to configure both communication ports, one of the will use Software serial using SPI pins as a serial TTL.
The configuration is done by jumper inside the PLC and configuring some switch (as you can see on the Ardbox pictures).
