Cannot seem to acces to the Real-Time Cloc (RTC) on the M-Duino 19R+. Even am I2C scanner cannot pick up its address.

Dear consumer,
It's so strange that the I2C scanner does not show the RTC internal address but that the internal RTC can be also working.
The only reason I see possible is that the red switches that enable the I2C towards the outside of the equipment are disabled (see image)
